1. What this site is

Everworks is an informational library about desktop collection RPGs. It describes a category of game, sets out a method for comparing titles within it, and profiles titles the publisher has a commercial relationship with. It is not the official site of any game, publisher or developer, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

2. Nothing here is professional advice

The content is general information. It is not legal, financial, security or consumer advice, and it is not tailored to anyone's circumstances. Where a decision matters — a purchase, a dispute, a complaint, a question about a child's access to a game — use the primary sources linked throughout this site, or obtain advice from someone qualified to give it.

3. Product information changes

Statements about a game come from that game's publisher, checked on the review date shown in the footer. Publishers change platforms, availability, content and terms without notice and without telling this site. Before installing anything, creating an account or spending money, confirm the current position on the publisher's own website. Where this site and a publisher disagree, the publisher is the authority on its own product.

4. Links to other websites

This site links to websites operated by other people, including government bodies and one game publisher's site reached through a paid affiliate link. Those sites are outside the publisher's control. Linking to a site is not an endorsement of it, and the publisher is not responsible for its content, its availability, its terms or its handling of personal information. The commercial arrangement behind the affiliate link is described on the affiliate disclosure page.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, stylesheet and script of this site belong to MEHA + VERBOVEC s.r.o. You are welcome to read, print and quote from these pages with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale is not permitted. Raid: Shadow Legends and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners, and are used here only to identify and describe those products.

6. Availability

The site is provided as it is. No commitment is made that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and pages may be changed, replaced or withdrawn at any time. Corrections are welcome at info@everworks.online.

7. Liability, and your rights under Australian law

To the extent the law permits, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information here, from the operation of another website reached through a link, or from a decision made about a game.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that the Australian Consumer Law confers and that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a consumer guarantee applies to anything supplied through this site and cannot be excluded, the publisher's liability is limited, where the law allows that limitation, to supplying the relevant information again. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are explained by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server that delivers it, and do not use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other readers. Ordinary reading, linking, indexing by search engines and quoting are all welcome; the site is fully open to crawlers and publishes a sitemap for that purpose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law, and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in the courts available to you there.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect, and using the site after that date means the current version applies.
